HIGHBOURNE CAY

Known worldwide as the gateway to the ultimate ephemeral paradise – The Exuma Cays, this privately owned island is a part of TIH family and welcomes yachtsmen and guests to its first-class marina and luxury cottages. Only 35 miles southeast of New Providence, Highbourne Cay boasts eight beaches, all within walking distance of the Marina.

We invite you to discover another side of paradise and stay a few nights on Highbourne Cay.

ART GALLERIES

NAGB (National Art Gallery of The Bahamas)
Discover the first and largest art gallery in The Bahamas, committed to engaging the history of Bahamian art through various exhibitions and workshops.

Another suggestion is to visit the Vincent D’Aguilar Art Foundation, a privately held Bahamian art gallery with an extensive collection.

STUART COVE’S

Less than ten minutes away the world leading Stuart Coves is located, offering full service dive and snorkel operations for all ages. Discover the pristine reefs and diverse underwater formations off the southwest coast of New Providence, spend the day leisurely snorkeling with your entire family or take part in the world famous shark dive. Ages 4 and up.

PRIMEVAL NATIONAL PARK

Just around the corner you will find one of several Bahamas National Trust protected reserves. The Primeval National Park is a remarkably undisturbed old-growth forest, which is representative of the early evergreen tropical hardwood forests of The Bahamas. You will find dramatic sinkholes- unique limestone “caverns” up to 50 feet deep and sub-fossil remains of Bahamian fauna as well as Lucayan and Bahamian artifacts.

SWIMMING PIGS

No trip to The Bahamas would be complete without discovering the breathtaking beauty of the Exumas and a visit to the original swimming pigs on Big Major Cay. As they are located around 80 miles from Nassau, we would be happy to help you arrange a day trip.

ARDASTRA GARDENS

The unofficial national zoo of The Bahamas! A great outing for children, don’t miss the marching flamingo show!
